Registration for RoSE-eCOTS Regional Meeting is now Open!
This regional meeting focuses on institutional collaboration as a driver of joyful discovery, critical thinking, and AI-smart learning in statistics and data science education. Participants from universities and colleges across the region will engage in structured activities designed to move beyond individual practice toward sustained cross-institutional partnerships, explicitly linking local efforts with the global communities of eCOTS and the RoSE Network.
Focus areas include:
Building cross-institutional teaching partnerships to co-design AI-aware curricula, assessments, and learning outcomes that emphasize reasoning, ethics, and human judgment.
Creating pathways for institutions to share resources, policies, and teaching innovations related to AI use, supporting consistency while respecting local context.
Leveraging eCOTS as a dissemination and reflection hub, encouraging collaborative session proposals, shared teaching narratives, and evidence-based contributions.
Using the RoSE Network to connect regional collaborations to international research communities, special interest groups, and seminar series focused on statistics education in an AI-rich world.
